Established in 2003, Jiaxing Ribon Machine Engineering Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of thermal treatment systems represented by fully automatic smoking system and vacuum tumbler. Close to Shanghai, we are enjoying great geographical location and convenient transportation.
Specifically, we are mainly engaged in developing, manufacturing, and supplying services for production equipment of meat and food processing. Covering an area of 13,000 square meters, we have about USD1.25 million fixed assets, and own a full set of advanced equipment, whole computer office system and CAD system. There are over 90 professional staff working in our company, and they are playing an important role in the field of R&D, management, production and marketing.
With 14 years exploration and inspiration from domestic and overseas markets, we have accumulated precious experience in the industry. At the present, our products are well received in the domestic market, and have been exporting to many countries and areas, such as Southeast Asia, Middle East, Korea, Europe, and the United States, winning a good reputation through our endless efforts and practice. They are widely used in processing sausages (cooked/uncooked), hams, poultry, aquatic products and instant freezing food.
The thermal treatment systems include:
1) Smokehouse for lab
2) Smokehouse for meat processing plants
3) Cooking and drying installation
4) Steam inject cooking plant
5) Chiller
6) Drying installation
There are 3 types of smoke generators, including external woodchip-fired smoke generator, internal woodchip-fired generator and liquid smoke installation that can be used for the smokehouse series. Moreover, we have developed specialized smokehouses that fit for particular products, such as horizontal airflow smokehouse, low-temperature cold smokehouse, and high-temperature roasting smokehouse. Thus, it enriches the styles and enlarges applied scope of smokehouse.
The vacuum tumblers include:
1) RGR-V series vacuum tumbler
2) RGR-H series vacuum tumbler
3) RGR-HY series vacuum tumbler
4) RGR-HL series vacuum tumbler
With batch processing capacity ranging from 20kg to 2,000kg, the vacuum tumbler, which is suitable for using in shambles, restaurants and large/medium/small sized meat processing enterprises, adopts up-to-date technology with a view of easy operation, safety, high efficiency and low cost.
